By accessing or using the services provided by Oladapo Odutayo (Consulting), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the services.
2. Services
Oladapo Odutayo (Consulting) provides AI-powered accounting workflow automation, reporting, document processing, approvals management, and related consulting services.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Reviewing all accounting transactions before approval
- Maintaining appropriate accounting controls
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Customers remain solely responsible for the final approval and accuracy of accounting records.
4. No Professional Advice
Services provided are technology and workflow automation services.
Nothing in the service constitutes legal, tax, investment, or professional accounting advice.
Customers should consult qualified professionals regarding legal, tax, or accounting matters.
5. Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oladapo Odutayo (Consulting) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer during the three months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, workflows, documentation, methodologies, and related materials remain the property of Oladapo Odutayo (Consulting) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time subject to applicable agreements.
Upon termination, access to services may be suspended or removed.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated versions will be posted at this location.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
