The process
Five stages. No surprises.
We've removed every unnecessary step between "we're interested" and "it's working."
Stage 01
Free AI Assessment.
We review your processes before recommending anything
You complete a short intake form describing how your accounting currently works — your systems, your invoice volumes, your approval structure, your pain points. Within 48 hours, we deliver a written assessment: what’s automatable, what the digital worker architecture looks like, and what the expected impact is.
- No sales call required to get the assessment
- No commitment required to read it
- Written breakdown of what’s automatable and what isn’t
- Expected architecture and impact delivered in writing
Stage 02
14-Day Free Trial.
Full deployment. Real output. No credit card.
If the assessment looks right, we move to trial. We build your digital workers — to your actual processes, in your actual environment — and deploy them in a QA environment where you can see the output before anything touches your live accounting system.
- Real invoices processed, real bills matched, real AR tracked
- You’re evaluating the actual thing — not a demo
- Sign and go live at the end, or walk away
- No obligation. No invoice if you don’t proceed.
Stage 03
Requirements & Build.
One meeting. We do the rest.
When you decide to proceed, we conduct one structured requirements session to confirm your business processes, systems, approval hierarchy, GL structure, compliance requirements, and your definition of done. From that meeting, we build. Every digital worker is documented with a Business Requirements Document before the first line of automation is written.
- Scope, systems, integrations, and data management defined upfront
- Business controls and change management scoped before build begins
- BRD signed off before any automation is written
- Build timeline: 48 hours from signed requirements to QA-ready deployment
Stage 04
QA & Deployment.
Dev → QA → Production. In that order. Every time.
Every deployment runs through three environments. Development — where the digital worker is built and unit tested. QA — where you review the output against real scenarios before sign-off. Production — where the digital worker goes live in your accounting environment.
- You approve the QA output before anything goes live
- Nothing is deployed to your production system without your sign-off
- Three-environment discipline applied to every build, every time
Stage 05
Live Managed Service.
The function runs. You get visibility.
Once live, your digital workers run on your defined schedule. You receive complete visibility into every action taken, every exception flagged, and every output delivered — with a CPA reviewing it daily.
